How long will I spend there?
The duration of your visit is up to you. We recommend spending about 90 minutes in the exhibition.

What is a timeslot?
Direct from Graceland: Elvis operates on a timed entry basis. You may select your preferred entry time when you book your tickets. You may enter the exhibition any time within your 30 minute timeslot. Once you are inside the exhibition, the visiting time is unlimited.

Can I take photographs?
Yes! Please note that flash photography and tripods/monopods are not permitted. Please be careful not to disturb the other guests. You are welcome to photograph and film and share everything for your private use, e.g. on your social channels. Commercial use of photographs is not permitted.

Can you eat or drink in the exhibition?
No food is permitted inside the exhibition, however food and refreshments are available from our licensed bar & café.

Is it wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.

Can I bring a bag?
Yes, but please note that we do not have any cloakroom facilities. For both security reasons and for your own comfort we discourage bringing any large bags.

Direct from Graceland: a major new retrospective exhibition exploring the life of Elvis Presley who to this day is one of the most iconic and influential figures of the 20th Century, will open in October 2023 at Arches London Bridge. Being the most significant collection of Presley’s to ever leave Memphis, featuring over 400 artifacts owned by the King of Rock and Roll, it’s the perfect day out for fans across the pond.
